These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Platinum Plumbing & Heating ("Platinum," "we," "us," or "our") website and any requests you make through it. By using this website or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Any pricing, estimate, or quote we provide is based on the information available at the time and the conditions found on site. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, parts required, or site conditions differ from what was described. We will discuss any material change with you before proceeding. A quote is an offer to perform described work, not a binding contract until the work is scheduled and agreed.
We make every effort to arrive within scheduled windows and to respond promptly to emergency calls. Timing for emergency response can vary with weather, current job load, and circumstances beyond our control. Our 24/7 line is answered by a real person, and we will give you an honest expectation of when we can be there.
We stand behind our work. Any specific warranty on labor or installed equipment will be described to you for the job in question; manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer subject to their terms. Warranty coverage does not extend to issues caused by misuse, neglect, alterations by others, or normal wear.
Payment is due as agreed at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing. You are responsible for the cost of work performed and parts supplied as described in your invoice.
This website and its content are provided for general information. We work to keep it accurate but make no guarantee that all information is current or complete.
